Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to additional duties and taxes. These charges are payable by the customer upon delivery. GST (10%) is automatically removed at checkout for international orders.
All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post to ensure reliable service and accurate delivery timeframes. Orders are packed and shipped approximately three times per week, with Australia Post typically collecting parcels the same day if packed before 4pm.
Custom bats take up to three weeks to make. If you add knocking-in, please allow an additional seven to ten days. Free delivery for custom bats is sent via regular Australia Post.
Bat repairs usually take between four and seven business days depending on the time of year, and we will ship your bat as soon as it is ready.
Other gear is dispatched within two business days.
Returns Policy
Unused and undamaged items, excluding custom-made cricket bats, may be returned within thirty days of receipt. Refunds for these returns are provided as store credit, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made cricket bats cannot be returned for change of mind. If your bat is not 100% perfect, we will provide a return label and make adjustments free of charge within thirty days of receipt. After this time period, adjustments may incur a charge.
Pre-made bats can be returned within thirty days of receipt if unused and undamaged. A $30 fee applies for re-stickering and restocking, and refunds are issued as store credit. Delivery costs must be covered by the customer.
Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. If an item is defective or incorrect, it will be handled under our warranty process.
Warranty Policy
Cricket bats are crafted from natural English willow. This means they may break or develop cracks through play. While we take care to select and prepare each piece of willow, all bats require proper preparation and care. Please follow our Bat Care Guide to minimise the risk of damage.
Warranty does not cover damage from regular wear and tear. It also does not cover poor preparation, misuse, neglect, inaccurate play such as yorkers or toe damage, bats with removed stickers, or bats older than twelve months even if unused.
If a warranty claim is accepted and the bat can be repaired, we will complete the repair free of charge. If the bat cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with one of equal value. If a repaired bat experiences the same issue again, it will be replaced.
Replacements inherit the original warranty period. If a bat is replaced within the last three months of warranty, an additional three months will be added.
Pads, gloves, bags and other soft gear are covered for manufacturing faults within three months of purchase. General wear and tear is not covered. Items may be replaced or refunded with store credit at our discretion.
