Willow is a natural product, and every bat is used to hit a hard leather ball on all sorts of surfaces and in all sorts of conditions. Even the best willow, from the biggest brands to the smallest makers, can crack or lose a handle.
We repair over 1,000 bats a year from every brand, so it's more common than you'd think. If bats were indestructible, we wouldn't have a repair business. What matters is what happens next, and we pride ourselves on backing you when something goes wrong.
